CONFIRMATION
Signed confirmation of the booking must be received within 14 days of the original booking being made along with a deposit and Credit Card details to secure the reservation. Once deposit is received, you are confirming you agree with our Terms & Conditions. The Management reserves the right to cancel the booking and reallocate the accommodation if a deposit is not received. A copy of your Credit Card and Driver’s Licence will be required on check in.
DEPOSITS
Community and school groups – $500 deposit payable
Private guests – One night’s accommodation.
CANCELLATION
Deposits paid to Fairbridge Western Australia Inc are refundable if cancellations are received 30 days prior to check in date. Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice will be charged at full rate.
CATERING
The final number of guests being catered for is required 10 days prior to the function. Charges will be based on these numbers or the actual attendance whichever is greater.
PAYMENT
Full payment is due prior or on arrival.
PHOTOS
Unless informed prior to your arrival group photos may be used for promotional purposes.
COMPLIANCE
It is understood that guests will conduct their behaviour in an orderly manner in full compliance with the Management’s policies & procedures and with all applicable laws. Fairbridge Village is a Historical Village. Please do not bring pets on site.
LIABILITY
Management reserves the right to exclude or remove any and all objectionable persons from the Village premises without liability.
CHECK IN/OUT INFORMATION
The organiser agrees to arrive and vacate the cottage at the scheduled times on your booking sheet. In the event that the booking should continue beyond the agreed finishing time and the following client is inconvenienced, management reserves the right to charge whatever costs are incurred to ensure the smooth running of the next booking. The organiser is responsible for collecting keys, unless prior arrangements have been made.
RESPONSIBILITY
Management will not accept any responsibility for damages to or loss of property left in the Village or cottage prior to, during or after the booking.
The group organiser is financially responsible for the make good of any damage or reinstating cottages to their original state whether in the area reserved or another part of the Village. Any charges will be deducted from the Credit Card details on file.
