A Carpenter

Locations: Fairbridge Village, Pinjarra

Position: Full-time

Starting Date: Immediately

  • working with a dedicated team focused on high standards of their craft; and

Fairbridge is a major youth charity. We have 6 other sites around WA: Pinjarra, Point Peron, Pemberton, Geraldton, Dampier, and Kalgoorlie. Our main office is located at the historic site of Fairbridge Village Pinjarra, WA.

 

Carpenter

Fairbridge is looking for an experienced carpenter. You will be part of a team maintaining and restoring heritage buildings and school camp facilities. 

You will possess a high standard of work as a carpenter, are reliable and able to be a team player. 

The role is varied and involves 

  • Restoring, repairing and maintaining timber buildings.
  • Repairing and maintaining school camp facilities in other locations around WA from time to time.
  • Being a mentor to work experience students, trainees, and apprentices.

It is essential that you have or are willing to obtain:

  • Current Driver’s Licence 
  • Working with Children’s Check
  • Police Clearance
